Contact and Support Policy: Feedback, Collaboration, and Content Suggestions
We value every player and creator. If you encounter technical issues, compatibility problems, or have ideas for content and gameplay, reach out using the methods on this page. To streamline support, here’s the scope we handle, the information that helps us reproduce issues, our response timing, privacy notes, and collaboration tips.
1) What We Handle
- Technical: loading failures, lag, unresponsive buttons, mobile fit, browser compatibility.
- Content: typos, unclear copy, accessibility suggestions (contrast, size, interactions).
- Gameplay: onboarding, difficulty pacing, hinting, training modes.
- Licensing/Collab: content usage, brand collaborations, promotions.
- Reports: broken or inappropriate links, embed issues, suspicious ads.
2) How to Describe Issues Efficiently
Include these details to help us reproduce:
- Device/OS (e.g., iPhone 13 iOS 17 / Windows 11).
- Browser/version (Chrome 126 / Safari 17, etc.).
- URL and exact steps to reproduce.
- Time observed, reproducibility, and whether private mode was used.
- Screenshots or recordings (redact personal info as needed).
3) Response Times and Process
We typically reply within 24–72 hours. Technical issues go into our triage queue; security risks and outages get priority. Content/gameplay suggestions enter review and, if aligned, get scheduled. We’ll share progress via email or on‑site updates.
4) Privacy and Compliance
We may temporarily collect device, browser, and page logs you provide to diagnose issues. We won’t ask for unrelated sensitive data. See our Privacy Policy for details. Collaboration or licensing requests may require additional verification; we follow purpose limitation and data minimization.
5) Collaborations
Creators, developers, and brands are welcome. In your email, include your audience profile, past work, preferred collaboration format, and a rough timeline. We’ll evaluate for fit and aim for a win‑win.
